Why I Do What I Do
Over my many years as a real estate agent, I have had the honor to represent many executors and administrators of estates that had to manage all the details of probating the estates of loved ones. Working with my clients closely is something that I do in all my sales but the clients that are executors and administrators have always given the biggest thanks. They value my service and genuine care beyond measure. I think that these individuals are often overwhelmed and truly appreciate having someone that is trustworthy, helping them closely while also being near to their property.
Making it more personal for me, I have been a personal representative two times in the last two years so beyond my professional experience, I also have the first hand experience of going through the probate process and the sale of property that was a distance from me.
Additionally, since I thoroughly enjoy helping executors and administrators and easing their burden I decided to take the additional courses to become a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist! This certification gives me the specialized knowledge that I can infuse into my strong skills in research, marketing and negotiation, when assisting you.

And, a BIG perk, if I will be marketing your home for sale, I will be your local liaison for any service providers that need to get in to your property. As a personal representative, you are the responsible party to empty your loved ones home. This is often a daunting task both emotionally and physically. Once you decide what to do with it all, you will need a list of providers that can actually help you implement your plan.
